PO Box & Parcel Lockers
Startrack do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please enter a physical street address for your order to be successfully delivered.
Ensure Your Front Door Is Accessible
In the case where your consignment cannot be delivered because your front door was not easily accessible (for example, you live in a gated property, a rural property that is fenced, a secure apartment building, or unrestrained pets) you agree to be held liable and pay any additional delivery fees that may be charged for any consignment which is re-directed or redelivered.
Order Turn Around
Standard Delivery Orders will typically ship anywhere from 5 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following payment in full.
Multiple Addresses
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
